Bryant earned a B. S. from Montana State University, an MBA from Golden Gate, and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.

Launa Craig managed a client facilitated mentoring processes and has collaborated on Coordinator development and mentoring process design. Her B. S. degree in Organizational Behavior was earned at the University of San Francisco.

Michael McCrary has many years experience in civilian personnel and training positions with the US government. Mike earned a B. A. in Humanities at the New College of California, and has continued graduate work in Instructional Technology at the American University.
Walter Ratcliff brings extensive experience in financial services and high technology. Walter's special skills include retooling work processes and upgrading staff skills for technology change. His B. A. in Social Psychology was earned at the University of California and M.S. in Human Resources Management at the University of Utah.

Her MBA, is from St. Mary's College Executive MBA program, and she is a Guest Lecturer: UC Berkeley, John F. Kennedy University, and St. Mary's College.
JoAnn Siebe has over 20 years as a strategic planning, project management, and marketing professional. She has experience in developing, launching and managing highly effective product, service, and training programs. Her Master of Arts in Marketing Management, is from Sonoma State University, and BA in Sociology, from George Mason University.

Vincent W. Patton retired Master Chief Petty Officer Coast Guard, the top senior enlisted leader and ombudsman position, and was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal. Vince earned his Doctorate at American University, with his Dissertation based on the development and implementation of the Coast Guard Enlisted Evaluation System. His Masters is in Counseling Psychology, Loyola University.

Jeff Krasky has a degree in Network Systems Administration. He provides network and computer support and web site design and maintenance.
